For land we buy that has a tenant farmer , we look to continue the relationship with the same tenant farmer, if at all possible. If there is not a tenant farmer already in place, we partner with local farmers in the area.

Although KC and Tim are not farmers, their families have a history of farming. On Tim’s Maternal Grandfather’s side, their farm has been in the family since 1860. In 2010 this farm was awarded into the Sesquicentennial Farm Program!

·      Inherited the land, and have no desire to keep the property
